To mimic a traditional carrot cake, the “Carrot Cake Cheesecake” is more textured than our classic “silky” cheesecakes. Topped with a tangy dairy-free “cream cheese” style icing, this cake has a familiar yet unprecedented flavour that makes it an instant classic.



Ingredients (classic): Raw Cashews, Oats (certified GF), Dates, Carrots, Coconut Oil,  Shredded Coconut, Coconut Milk (contains guar gum), Pure Maple Syrup, Coconut Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Clove, Allspice, Pink Himalayan Salt
