RECIPE: Quick ‘n Easy Energy-Boosting Smoothie

  • Ingredients:

    • half to a whole banana
    • 2″ cucumber slice
    • 2 tsp Gratify wheatgrass powder
    • 1/4 cup coconut milk
    • 1/2 cup of greens (kale, spinach, chard, etc.)
    • 3 tbsp frozen fruit (blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
    • 3-5 ice cubes, depending on your preference
    • Water as needed to blend
